Plans and billing

A free trial, then pay per endpoint per month, or a contract. How endpoints are counted, and what happens when the trial ends. What it costs, per endpoint per month.

The plans

Plan What it is
Trial 14 days, up to 25 endpoints, no card. Every workspace starts here.
Pay as you go Per endpoint per month, billed on a card. $5 a month each for the first 200, $4 from 201 to 1,000, $3 from 1,001 to 5,000.
Contract Above 5,000 endpoints, or when you'd rather have a yearly agreement. Click Talk to us.

What counts as an endpoint

A laptop or server with the sensor installed that's reported in the last 30 days. The count is taken daily. A machine counts once it's been there three days, so a quick test install doesn't bill. Each month is invoiced on its peak.

When the trial ends

Laptops already enrolled keep reporting and the console keeps working. New laptops can't enrol until an admin adds a card. The same at the 25-endpoint cap during the trial.

Add a card

  1. Click the gear icon, then Licensing.
  2. Click Add a card. It opens a secure card page. Promotion codes work there.
  3. Back in the console, the plan reads Metered and the button shows the card. Click it any time for the card, the invoices and cancellation.

Admins and owners get an email when the count passes 200, 1,000 or 5,000, since the rate changes there.
