Pricing
Per endpoint. Nothing else to count.
An endpoint is a machine with the sensor on it. Agents, users, checks and frameworks are not metered. Five dollars per endpoint per month, billed monthly on the endpoints seen, stepping down to four and three dollars as the estate grows. Above five thousand endpoints it is a conversation.
Fourteen days free on up to twenty-five endpoints, no card. Above five thousand endpoints, or when procurement needs an invoice and a data processing agreement, it is priced by hand.
Questions
How is an endpoint counted?
A machine with the sensor enrolled, counted once a day. A machine that stops reporting stops counting after a grace period.
Do agents or users cost extra?
No. Four agents on one laptop is one endpoint. So is one agent on one server. Users, checks and frameworks are not metered.
How does the price step down?
The first two hundred endpoints are five dollars each per month, the next eight hundred are four, and from one thousand to five thousand they are three. Above that it is priced by hand.
What happens after the trial?
The workspace keeps working on up to twenty-five endpoints until you add a card. Nothing is deleted.
